Marion Landing |
Marion Landing was built between 1980 and 2004. The community consists of 600 single-family homes available on a resale-only basis.
Some homes were built with frame and vinyl construction while more recent homes used block and stucco materials.
Residents of Marion Landing enjoy a low-maintenance lifestyle. An established homeowners' association (HOA) of around $175 HOA fee covers water (upto 40,000 gallons per quarter),
sewer, access to all amenities, and common area maintenance. The HOA fee also includes curbside trash pick-up that is scheduled twice a week.
There are just a few mobile homes from the 1980’s, mostly frame and vinyl construction and some very high quality newer block and stucco homes.
Even older less expensive homes here show pride of ownership. Marion Landing is not gated but there is a night time security patrol.
**If you have a dog you cannot fence your yard here like some other nearby 55+. There is a new Initial Assessment Fee of $1,450, in addition to the existing $550 Utility Transfer Fee, collected from Buyers at closing |
